Parental satisfaction as part of the pursuit of excellence is the highlight in the study. Considering the parents‘ perception of school, randomly sampled parents of froshies were surveyed during the second semester of academic year 2009-2010. The results revealed that religious educations remains the highest asset of the university, along with quality education. Inefficiencies in operational details comprise the major deficiencies that were perceived.
