This research investigated the impact of a tutoring program on Grade 3 pupils at San Jose Integrated School. The study aimed to assess the efficacy of the tutorial program, focusing on session frequency and pattern and the level of student-teacher-child interaction, including relationship quality, behavioral changes, and learning outcomes. Additionally, it examined the potential correlation between the effectiveness of the tutorial program and student- teacher-child interaction. The study employed a quantitative research approach, specifically in its descriptive form, to conduct a detailed analysis of the effects of a tutorial program. The research utilized thorough numerical analysis, primarily through the frequency distribution method, to deeply understand how tutorial programs influenced the dynamics between student teachers and students in an academic context. Purposive sampling was utilized to select Bachelor of Secondary Education Major in English students at Lipa City Colleges who had direct experience with the program. Furthermore, self-report questionnaires were administered to gather relevant data, employing Likert scales to assess participants' perceptions of the program's efficacy. The comprehensive approach provided valuable insights into the program's effectiveness and identified areas for improvement, enriching the overall understanding of its impact on teacher-child interactions. The statistical analysis of responses collected from the participants indicated notable correlations between session frequency and student-teacher- child interaction, particularly concerning behavioral changes and learning outcomes. However, no significant correlation was observed between session frequency and relationship quality. Similarly, session patterns exhibited significant associations with behavioral changes and learning outcomes but not relationship quality. These findings highlighted the significance of balancing tutorial session frequency and pattern to enhance student-teacher-child interaction outcomes. Moreover, the study emphasized the importance of tailoring tutorial sessions to meet students' needs, thus enhancing academic performance and promoting positive teacher-student interaction. The researchers recommended integrating effective time management strategies into seminar workshops for teachers to prevent burnout during tutorial sessions and promote efficiency conducive to student learning and teacher well- being. It also suggested providing teachers with skills to design motivational activities that foster active student participation and deliver positive feedback effectively, thereby creating a supportive learning environment conducive to student engagement, achievement, and confidence. Additionally, offering training for student-teachers to establish rapport with students and staying updated on modern approaches to student engagement allowed educators to adapt teaching styles to evolving student needs. Furthermore, the researchers encouraged student-teachers to maintain their motivation and enthusiasm during tutorial sessions, effectively facilitating learning objectives and inspiring and energizing students to create a positive and dynamic learning atmosphere. Finally, supporting teachers in updating their teaching pedagogies through continuous professional development ensured their effectiveness in meeting students' needs during tutorial sessions and aligning with current educational trends.
