Effect of Job Satisfaction, Job Performance and Workplace Environment on Employee Turnover Intention at PT Shelter Nusa Indah

Abstract:
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of job satisfaction, job performance, and
workplace environment variables on employee turnover intention on PT SNI. The population in this study
were employees at PT SNI. The sample was obtained through a purposive sampling method, which
according to the criteria amounted to 76 data. The data obtained comes from the primary data collected
through a questionnaire with a Likert scale. Data were analyzed using SPSS (Statistical Package for Social
Science) program version 23 using Simple Regression and Multiple Linear Regression. Based on the
hypothesis test, the results of this study are job satisfaction, and job performance affects the employee
turnover intention individually. While the work environment does not affect the employee turnover intention
individually.
