Abstract:

Filipino cartoonists enjoy more democratic space compared to some of their foreign counterpart. Isaac recalled how an editorial cartoonist was imprisoned in Turkey for featuring the late Khomeini in a sports attire and the case of an Algerian cartoonist who was assassinated in London.
