Abstract:

There is increasing recognition that a modern healthcare workforce needs to be resilient to cope with difficult situations. Modern demands and challenges among healthcare professionals can be particularly stressful and resilience is increasingly necessary to maintain an effective, adaptable, and sustainable workforce.
