ThisÊ researchÊ evaluatesÊ theÊ effectivenessÊ ofÊ aÊ leadershipÊ trainingÊ seminarÊ inÊ enhancingÊcollegeÊstudents'Ê politicalÊengagementÊandÊleadershipÊskills.ÊUsingÊaÊdescriptiveÊ researchÊ design,Ê dataÊ wereÊ collectedÊ fromÊ 28Ê studentsÊ viaÊ aÊ researchermadeÊ questionnaire.Ê TheÊ seminarÊ significantlyÊ motivatedÊ politicalÊ involvement,Ê withÊ 71.4%Ê ofÊ respondentsÊ feelingÊ highlyÊ motivatedÊ andÊ 28.6%Ê moderatelyÊ motivated. Ê TheÊ mostÊ popularÊ politicalÊ activitiesÊ includedÊ campaignsÊ andÊ awarenessÊ initiatives.ÊTheÊseminarÊwasÊeffectiveÊinÊimprovingÊleadershipÊskills,ÊparticularlyÊinÊ communicationÊandÊpublicÊspeaking.ÊHowever,ÊconflictÊresolutionÊandÊteamworkÊ showedÊlessÊimprovement.ÊMostÊparticipantsÊfoundÊtheÊseminarÊhighlyÊeffectiveÊinÊ increasingÊ theirÊ understandingÊ ofÊ politicalÊ engagement.Ê RecommendationsÊ includeÊincorporatingÊmoreÊpracticalÊapplications, ÊmentorshipÊopportunities,ÊandÊaÊ focusÊ onÊ currentÊ politicalÊ issues.Ê ExtendingÊ theÊ durationÊ andÊ enhancingÊ interactiveÊ elementsÊ areÊ alsoÊ suggestedÊ toÊ furtherÊ improveÊ theÊ seminar’sÊ impact.Ê TheseÊ changesÊareÊexpectedÊtoÊbetterÊequipÊstudentÊleadersÊforÊactiveÊpoliticalÊparticipation.
