Early Onset Multiple Myeloma: A Case of 37-Year-Old Male with Bone Pains

Abstract:

This is a case of a 37 year-old male with no known comorbidities who was admitted due to bone pains. Patient developed chest, back and hip pains with no history of trauma or infection. Patient was treated as a case of Multiple Myeloma. History, physical examination and diagnostic examinations were done which included bone marrow aspiration biopsy, skeletal survey and serum protein electrophoresis. Findings were consistent with Multiple Myeloma.
