Abstract:

This tracer study investigates the relevance of competencies acquired by Business Administration graduates from 2018 - 2022 in relation to the current needs of the business world. The study aims to assess how well the knowledge, skills, and attitudes developed during their academic training align with the demands of various industries. By surveying graduates and their employers, the study evaluates the effectiveness of the Business Administration curriculum in preparing graduates for employment, career advancement, and long-term success. Key competencies such as leadership, critical thinking, communication, and problem-solving are analyzed to determine their applicability and value in the workplace. The findings reveal both strengths and gaps in the alignment between academic preparation and industry requirements, offering insights for educational institutions to enhance curriculum design. This study underscores the importance of ongoing collaboration between academe and industry to ensure that graduates are equipped with relevant skills for the dynamic business landscape.
