National Service Training Program Practices And Challenges Of Tertiary Education In Tarlac: Basis For A Propose Training Management Plan

Abstract:
The study aimed to evaluate the practices and challenges of national service
training programs in private higher educational institutions and universities in Tarlac
province. To gather data, descriptive research design was used. Questionnaire were given
to the respondents. To interpret gathered data, frequency counts and percentages was
used to determine the counts of the profile and the challenges of NSTP trainers. While
mean in the other hand was used to describe the practices in NSTP.
