Abstract:
This study aimed to investigate the relationship between innovative strategies, resource allocation, and digital leadership among teachers of media majors, specifically focusing on computer science educators from three universities in China. The research design involved a survey of 425 randomly selected teachers, utilizing SPSS for sampling. The results revealed that the majority of respondents were female, in Generation Z, with a Master's Degree, and 1-3 years of work experience. Most respondents considered innovative strategies for research and collaboration, as well as teaching and learning, to be the most important. Infrastructure and technology resources, along with career development opportunities and were identified as having the greatest impact on resource allocation. The ability to adapt to digital trends was deemed most important in digital leadership. Significant differences were found in innovative strategies for research and collaboration based on sex. The study found a significant relationship between innovative strategies, resource allocation, and digital leadership. A comprehensive teacher development program was proposed, emphasizing the need for government support, continuous skill updating, and collaborative platforms for resource sharing. Future research should further explore the interplay between these factors to enhance education in the digital age.
