Abstract:
This study investigates the interrelationship between organizational culture and enterprise development in top technology-based enterprises in Beijing, China, and explores how these dimensions contribute to strategic planning. 384 technology enterprises were selected through simple random sampling, with data collected via a structured questionnaire and analyzed using descriptive statistics, ANOVA, Pearson correlation, and multiple regression techniques. The findings indicate that the organizational culture in these enterprises is generally strong, particularly in communication, leadership, and collaboration. Similarly, enterprise development measured through operational efficiency, innovation ability, competitiveness, and performance is consistently rated high. The study found no significant differences in organizational culture when grouped by company size, years of operation, technology system, or ownership type. A robust and highly significant positive correlation was observed between organizational culture and enterprise development (r = 0.919, p < 0.001). Regression analysis identified power dynamics, leadership, diversity, and innovation as significant predictors of enterprise development. These findings underscore the critical role of organizational culture in fostering enterprise growth and strategic alignment in rapidly evolving technological environments. The study contributes to the theoretical discourse on innovation-driven development and provides practical insights for enterprise leaders aiming to enhance organizational effectiveness through cultural transformation.
