Abstract:

This study investigates the relationship between employee satisfaction with their compensation package and their perceived productivity levels at Cinco Hermanos Marketing and Logistics Inc. (CHMLI). Using a mixed-methods approach, the study surveyed 45 employees, exploring their demographic profiles, satisfaction with various compensation components, and perceived productivity. The results revealed that employees are generally satisfied with their compensation package, particularly with benefits like Home Development and Mutual Fund (PAG-IBIG). However, satisfaction levels varied based on family size, with larger families reporting lower satisfaction. Regarding productivity, employees generally perceive themselves as productive, with variations based on sex and family size. A strong positive correlation was found between employee satisfaction and perceived productivity, suggesting that satisfied employees are more likely to be productive. The study concludes that CHMLI should continue to provide a competitive and enhanced compensation package, including higher salaries, allowances, and benefits. Additionally, the company should focus on fostering a positive work environment and promoting employee well-being through recreational activities and team-building initiatives.
