Abstract:
This study explores the impact of advanced administrative leadership and character formation on the faculty and staff in a secondary public school within the 1st District of Sultan Kudarat. The research aims to evaluate how these leadership practices enhance key areas such as communication, risk management, strategic planning, resource allocation, and delegation of power within the school. Additionally, it examines how character formation influences organizational commitment, career progression, values and attitudes, social environment, and cultural practices among staff members. Data were collected from 114 respondents through surveys and interviews, revealing a strong positive correlation (r = 0.884, p < 0.05) between advanced administrative leadership practices and character formation. The findings highlight the critical role of effective leadership in fostering a supportive and ethical school environment, which in turn promotes staff satisfaction and student success. This study explores the impact of advanced administrative leadership and character formation on faculty and staff in a secondary public school within the 1st District of Sultan Kudarat. Recommendations include the implementation of targeted professional development programs, improved feedback mechanisms, and initiatives to strengthen ethical and collaborative practices within the school. These strategies aim to create a cohesive and motivated educational community, ultimately contributing to the holistic development of students and the overall excellence in a secondary public school within the 1st District of Sultan Kudarat. The insights gained from this research provide valuable guidance for educational institutions aiming to cultivate an environment that supports both professional and personal growth for their staff and students.
