Abstract:
UZDOT, short for Universidad de Zamboanga Document Tracker is web-based document system and a real-time dashboard that has a centralized cloud repository that is developed for the Quality Management System Department (QMSD) of Universidad de Zamboanga (UZ). The UZDOT was built using React.js and using the firebase database provided by Google. The UZDOT utilizes the compatibility of the two google-based development tools to provide the users a seamless and user-friendly experience. We made this system with the use of suggestions and feedback gathered from the respondents of the survey picked for the study. This study went initial testing that conducted a usability testing on the QMS Department to get their opinions and feedback and further transfer and convert their ideas and suggestions into working features in the system. We continuously developed the system by continuously being in frequent exchange of ideas with the client users. We strictly followed the timeline of the project to ensure that all the necessary procedures were done, and all the essential data were gathered in an effort to provide the desired and suitable system for the users.
