This feasibility study aims to determine the viability of putting up a study hub in Barangay Pasong Putik, Quezon City, particularly along Quirino Highway where the Quirino Station of the Manila Railway Transit (MRT) project is being built. In measuring the potential of the business, the following aspects of the business were considered: management, technical, marketing, financial and socioeconomic. In formulating these aspects, the governing pertinent laws, rules and regulations were applied. Data were garnered through stratified random sampling via online survey, with the target market as the respondent, comprising college students (age 18 to 22) and those who were already part of the workforce (age 19 to 40) or young professionals that were derived from the available Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) data (Appendix I). The subject area was initially found to be a potential place to build establishments where people can gather due to the expected potential of the place to produce foot traffic, hence, making it an optimal location to establish study hub. This study concludes that it is feasible to establish study hub in this area and is expected to flourish/be profitable. To further the potential of this venture to succeed, the following will be employed: aggressive and engaging advertisement, strategic utilization of a promotional campaign that will entice target market, collaboration with schools and other establishments, as well as those people with significant influence, and innovation of the establishment/operation through the help of customer feedback. This is to ensure that the customer satisfaction and experience are maintained and, preferably, improved.
