The researcher aims to recalibrate the strategies of Bring Me Home Philippines Corp. (BMH) to achieve its vision and mission to help secure, protect and add a lifeline to persons with disability under high-risk category and their families using the two in one wristband device of BMH. The two in one product of BMH consists of a hardware and a software. It includes an NFC ready wristband device (hardware) with unified data management system or database (software). The strategic management paper will examine the company’s current organizational, operational, marketing, financial, production and technological stand, analyze the information technology industry dedicated to Person with Disability in the Philippines, address existing challenges and devise new avenues for sustainable financial growth, and operational optimization. The researcher utilized the existing clients of Bring Me Home in Manila City and conducted comprehensive independent interviews and surveys to assess the relevance of the device in their living situation. Through these interviews, BMH found the need to enable and combine Global Positioning System (GPS) and Pulse Rate Monitoring Chip into its existing Near Feld Communication (NFC) technology to address the user’s dilemma of locating the high-risk users of the device besides electronically identifying them. In response, the strategic management paper will focus on recalibrating its strategic objectives, analysis, performance indicators, market diversification, pricing strategies and contingency plans towards improving and integrating its technology with a low powered rechargeable battery, GPS and Pulse Rate Monitoring Chip and addressing user’s needs while still maintaining its product integrity, financial growth and stability.
