Discipline: Psychology, Child Development

Abstract:

The study inquires into the characteristics of the 21 most

delinquent children among the 500 students of Barner

Learning Center in Davao City. It itemizes the characteristics

that predispose these children-at-risk to delinquency and examines the

advantages of early intervention among these children. The case studies

identified fifty dangerous juvenile traits. The CARR score of these

children determined the degree of risk while Carandang’s RUBICS

chart identified the positive and negative aspects of the child. BLCFFM

provided interventions to decrease the potential of the child-at-risk

(CAR) to become a child in conflict with the law (CICL).
