Abstract:

De La Salle College is first and foremost, an academic community. As such, it exists for the preservation, transmission and advancement of knowledge, the pursuit of truth, the development of the members of the entire community and the general wellbeing of society. De La Salle College has committed itself to make a distinctive contribution to the over-all development of the Philippines through a deliberate effort on its part to produce the kind of manpower that the Philippines stands in greatest need of at this stage of her development: religiously-oriented, liberally-trained, and socially-committed professionals. De La Salle College aims, therefore, to educate competent professionals who are liberally trained and who are motivated by a sense of social commitment that is the fruit of Christian charity.
