Abstract:

Prof. Yabes' compilation of selected papers by the late Bienvenido M. Gonzalez, sixth president of the University of the Philippines, forms an interesting collection of addresses that the UP President responsible for the transfer of the University from Padre Faura to its present Diliman campus gave in the course of his duties as a President.
