Abstract:

This is one of the most important, if not the most important, gatherings it has ever been my privilege to address and I have been making speeches for over a quarter of a century in many countries all over the world. For we are met on the first centenary of the birth of the greatest Filipino and one of the greatest men that ever lived in any age or any clime and we are met to discuss education which was closest to the heart of the great man to whose sacred memory this conference is dedicated.
