Abstract:

This study is focused on the development of Client Information and Management System for Southern Telecommunication Company (SOTELCO). The system is designed for monitoring and data management. The LAN Based system is less expensive and fast, hence a better option for managing transactions. Further, the system provides the administrator a more convenient way of managing and monitoring the services availed of by the client. The use of the system is easy since it is user friendly.
