The study developed and implemented an Integrated Monitoring and Requisition System for Agricultural Training Institute. The system sought to provide a clear, accurate, and organized inventory report. The developed computer-based system can monitor stocks inventories and track property issuances and disposals of waste materials. The database used for the system is ATIIntegratedMonSystem, a warehouse of data used to store information inputted by the personnel. The Integrated Monitoring system offers several advantages. It helps the Administrator and the Technical User to easily monitor, update, and manage their transactions. It also makes the performance of their job faster and more efficient than the current system. Lastly, the system generates accurate reports in no time.
