The development of a Web-based system for the Department of Tourism in Cagayan de Oro City, called Cagayan de Oro City Online Business Community, is the core of this paper. The system improves the current system of the DOT in promoting and marketing the city. It provides a platform for the DOT, businessmen, local and foreign tourist, and Kagay-anons to interact and do business online in a one-stop Website. Thus, it provides faster and easier way to conduct business. The system has a mapping feature. Also the system is user friendly, thus easy to navigate.
