Abstract:

An effective information dissemination system is important in every organization. This paper examines the Information Dissemination System (IDS) of the University of Immaculate Conception in terms of media tool, quality and clarity, and timeliness. A researcher-made questionnaire was used to evaluate the IDS and it was found that the information for the entire studentry of both campuses, Fr. Selga campus (main) and Annex campus (Bonifacio), are publicized through three different media tools– bulletin boards, sound systems (IC Radio for the Annex campus), and UIC website.
