An Optimal Allocation of Floor Space for a Real Estate Company in Bangkok

Abstract:

Ratnavali Real Estate Development Co. was established in 1988. The company’s main objective was to develop some real estate projects in Bangkok. At the end of 1988, the company had bought a piece of land on Rani Padmini Road, which was expected to be another new business center in Bnagkok. The total site area was 31, 424 square meters and the area was considered to be one of the ebst locations in the city, where the land price in 1990 had jumped four to five times from 1988.
