Abstract:

Everyone belongs to an organization and belonging to an organization entails being part of its culture. In the 1980s behavioral scientists began to focus their studies on organizational culture. Because culture is an influencing force in an organization, many thinkers began to realize that much more was going on in organizations than just producing products, providing services, and paying attention to power.
