The objective of the study was to delve into the relationship between employees’ job satisfaction and organizational commitment as measured by the survey and scale. The basic part of any management process is to manage the people at work. This study is essential in the sense that it would help the agency to foresee major factors that might contribute in promoting the value of satisfaction and commitment among its employees.
