Stress Management Strategies of Managers of Selected Starbucks Cofee Shops in Quezon City and Manila

Abstract:

This study focuses on the stress perception, stressful situations, and stress management strategies of Managers of selected Starbucks Coffee shops in Quezon City and Manila. The researcher used the comparative research design. The sample included managers of Starbucks Coffee District 10 shops from Manila and Quezon City. The research instruments are questionnaires and interviews which were processed by computation and comparison of means and grand means and by individual T-test sampling. The main findings of this study indicate that in spite of the difference in place of assignment, both groups of managers present as many similarities as differences.
