This study aimed to equip students to be globally competitive with the abrupt change in technology for it has driven the world to be more complex and competitive. The study developed a three-angled advertisement.

Experimental development and descriptive approaches were the methods used. A number of evaluators were requested to assist and to test the effectiveness of the automated advertising board.

Findings showed that the device was effective and useful because the advanced technologies such as IC's were used properly in promoting three- angled advertisement.
