This study aimed to design a device which will involve simulation through interfacing. The design is comprised of minimum mechanical devices, basic input and output processes as well as the use of CC++, or Borland C languages.
Experimental development and descriptive approaches were the methods used. A number of evaluators were requested to assist and to test the effectiveness in the automated advertising board.
Findings showed that the device was effective, user friendly and reliable. It was very useful in different physical plants to monitor the status of their equipment and also it guaranteed less effort and minimum time spent.
