Abstract:

The study aimed to design a device that could prevent the delays of disconnection and reconnection of power lines. The device could give notices to the power consumers about their bills and signaled due dates to settle their balances.

The design established its functionality through the method of experimental development and was evaluated through descriptive approaches in terms of its practicality and efficiency.

The findings showed that the device could perform and complete its expected functions well.
