Discipline: Engineering

This research aimed to provide athletes and their trainers a way of monitoring the athletes' performance during training periods. The device could calculate the average force and speed applied per punch or kick.

The research method employed in this research were experimental development and descriptive. Five purposively selected evaluators participated in the assessment of the device's functionality.

Findings exhibited that the device turned out well regarding its effectiveness and was able to measure the average force and speed of the punch or kick efficiently.
