Abstract:

In an effort to come up with a reliable and efficient academic program, the College of Arts and Sciences formed the Academic Program Committee (APCOM), which is commissioned to design and implement systems and processes to improve students' skills in English communication and Mathematics and to all intents and purposes create a linkage with other subjects that would support and enhance proficiency in the aforementioned.
