Abstract:

The objectives of the study were: (a) to assess the quality of life of patients on hemodialysis; (b) to determine the relationships between self care and quality of life; (c) to determine the relationship between social support and quality of life (d) to determine the relationship between selected socio demographic factors to quality of life such as age, length of time on dialysis; (e) describe the experiences of patients on hemodialysis.
