The Scholastic Ability and Personality Profile of the New Enrollees in a Private Tertiary School

This research attempts to describe the scholastic as well as personality profile of the new enrollees based on the result of the psychological test administered during their entrance in the college. Hopefully, the teachers can use the data as basis of teaching and classroom management strategies.  The study aims to describe the scholastic as well as the personality profiles of the new students of OLGC in order to draw baseline data which could be helpful to the academic community. The variables measured in this study include the students mental ability; non-verbal or abstract ability; aptitude; strengths and weakness in specific ability areas, and; personality profile.
