In recent years, there has been an increasing interest among professionals from the behavioral and management sciences in the area of corporate culture. They have come to realize the fact that culture is indeed a significant and powerful factor in corporate existence.


Every business--in fact, every organization--has a culture (Deal & Kennedy 1982). No organization can stand without this system of shared beliefs and values weaving through and touching each and every aspect of corporate life.
