This study attempted to assess the validity of the Mathematics Learning Resource Center (MLRC) in Ramon Avanceña High School (RAHS) as a school-based program in terms of organization, usability, and responsiveness. It looked into significant differences between the pretest and posttest mean scores of RAHS students who are exposed to conventional classroom lecture-discussion and MLRC as a school-based program in teaching mathematics.
The purposive sampling technique was employed in the study wherein twenty-two students were used as the control group while the other twenty-two composed the experimental group who underwent the mathematics learning resource center as a school-based program.
