Discipline: Study and Teaching
This research evaluated the ongoing program of the College of Education known as TCP and its impact on teaching performance.
The study used the descriptive research methodology, using survey technique. A questionnaire was given to 19 faculty members of Manila and Quezon City campuses who had completed the teaching certificate program (TCP). Descriptive statistics such as frequency, means, percentages and standard deviation were utilized to present the respondents’ profile and respondents’ perception about the TCP. The difference between the performance rating before and after the TCP was measured using the t-test with the aid of SPSS.
