This study aimed to determine the effectiveness of Mathematics Resource Learning Center (MRLC) to students of the Technological Institute of the Philippines (TIP), Quezon City during the school year 2006-2007.
It focused its investigation on the effectiveness of MRLC to the two hundred fifty (250) students who availed themselves of the services of the MRLC, and another group of two hundred fifty (250) students who did not avail themselves of the services of the MRLC. Each of these two groups constituted fifty (50) students of Algebra, fifty (50) students of Trigonometry, fifty (50) students of Analytic Geometry, fifty (50) students of Differential Calculus and fifty (50) students of Integral Calculus.
