Socio-economic losses caused by risks in terms of hazard, exposure and vulnerability have increased spectacularly. Historical changes in losses are results of climate change and natural/anthropogenic disasters. This research deals on identifying and quantifying the possible impacts and risks on the food related sector, specifically on the production of maize, for the last ten years in Porac, Pampanga. Quantum Geographical Information Systems Modeling (QGIS) is used to determine the disaster areas that are at risk. Mathematical Models are developed to support the scientific and technological findings of maize production.
