This study aimed to assess the theme, layout, and design of Giligan’s Island Bar and Restaurant. Using qualitative and quantitative research methods, data were obtained through observation, interview, and survey. The actual theme, layout, and design of the establishment were closely investigated, involving 97 respondents that were randomly selected during peak and off peak seasons. This number was based on the average number of guests per week.
