This study aimed to determine the factors affecting customers when choosing a restaurant to dine. These factors were used to express the level of acceptance of Filipinos to American- themed restaurants in terms of menu, theme, design and layout, price, location and ambience. The study also aimed to determine why American- themed restaurants were being patronized by Filipinos.
