Abstract:

The study aimed to provide a comfortable working environment to the employees of Asian Transmission Corporation through the use of mechanical ventilation. Pertinent data were gathered through interviews with Mechanical Engineering professors. The researchers recommended the installation of roof ventilators with the right capacity to exhaust the heated air inside. Also, supply fans should be provided to make sure that the right amount of fresh air is being supplied in the production area. This system would result to a properly ventilated production area, thus minimizing heat related illnesses and increasing worker productivity.
