Abstract:

The level of compliance of Agua Caliente Resort in Pansol, Calamba City with the Department of Tourism (DOT) standards for resorts was determined in this study. The researchers used an observation checklist of standard requirements from DOT for assessing the quality of products and services rendered by the resort and an interview guide for identifying the operational problems encountered by the management of the resort.
