THE PRODUCTION OF BIOFERTILIZER FROM BIODEGRADABLE WASTE OF COLEGIO DE SAN JUAN DE LETRAN-CALAMBA THROUGH COMPOSTING TECHNIQUE

Abstract:

The study was conducted to harvest the fertilizer content of the biodegradable waste produced by Colegio de San Juan de Letran-Calamba. Specifically, it described the ways in which the Colegio manages its biodegradable wastes. Based on the study conducted, the researchers concluded that the fertilizer produced by the biodegradable waste is a viable source of income and means for beautification of the Colegio. The researchers recommended using one of the alternatives of this study to make use of the Landfill Compost Pit.
