Discipline: Hotel and Restaurant Management
The failure or success of a hotel is based on some factors like food quality, service quality, cleanliness, amenities and environment. To determine which factors greatly influence consumer satisfaction, a study was conducted at Microtel Eagle Ridge Cavite City. Using the descriptive research method, the researchers gathered data from a random quota sample of thirty seven guests in the hotel using survey questionnaires. The summary of respondents’ levels of satisfaction with the hotel showed a satisfaction rating; environment and service were key factors in customer satisfaction.
