This descriptive study determined through observation check list and key informant interview the sanitation practices of Max’s Restaurant at SM Calamba City based on the DOH standard sanitation (PD 856 also known as Code of Sanitation) in terms of personal hygiene of food handlers, handling and storage of washed utensils and waste disposal.
