Abstract:

The study determined the demographic profile of the BSHRM Practicum II students enrolled in summer A.Y. 2012-2013; the level of compliance of the students to the requirements of Rⅅ factors that influenced OJT experience; and the inputs that can be provided for the enhancement of the HRM practicum program of Letran Calamba.
