Meal management plays a big role in providing good food nutrition and in preventing risk of food borne illnesses. This study evaluated the meal management practices of Elsie Gaches Orphanage in terms of nutritional quality, budget, use of time; and food safety and sanitation. The researchers used the Input-Process-Output (IPO) approach as research framework. To gather data, the researchers conducted a survey with the kitchen staff and used key informant interview (KII) with the food service supervisor.
