A Study on Guest Satisfaction and Guest Availment of Royal Mandaya Hotel

Abstract:

The purpose of this study was to determine the guest satisfaction and guest availment in Royal Mandaya Hotel. This study investigated on how to improve service through guest satisfaction and guest availment survey. The significance of the study was that the findings would encourage the Royal Mandaya Hotel management to develop their service-training for the employees to give satisfaction to their guests. The main goal of this study was to determine the significant relationship between guest satisfaction and guest availment in Royal Mandaya Hotel. Descriptive research design was used in the study. The survey questionnaire was formulated and validated. The primary data were gathered from twenty (20) respondents who were Royal Mandaya Hotel guests. The result revealed that there is no significant relationship between guest satisfaction and guest availment in Royal Mandaya Hotel. The findings indicated where the service- training should focus on and encouraged the Royal Mandaya Hotel management to develop and improve their guest service training to their employees.
